Product

How fast does it warm up?

Within seconds of turning it on you will feel warmth building. It reaches your chosen level shortly after.

What temperatures does it reach?

Three levels: about 104–113°F, 113–122°F and 122–131°F, as specified by the manufacturer.

Is it big?

No — it measures 3.3 × 1.9 inches and weighs 2.8 oz, so it disappears into a coat or jeans pocket.

Which colors are available?

Colors depend on the pack: 1 Warmer comes in Black or Cyan; the 2‑Pack in Ivory, White, Black or Blue; the 4‑Pack in Ivory or Blue.

Battery & charging

How long does one charge last?

Battery life depends on the heat level you choose — low lasts much longer than high. We are finishing our own runtime tests and will publish exact numbers here.

How do I charge it?

Use the included USB‑C cable with any USB wall adapter or power bank. A full charge takes about 3.5 hours.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

How long does delivery take?

Orders ship from US warehouses and typically arrive in 3–7 business days. You will get a tracking link by email.

Is shipping free?

Yes — standard US shipping is free on every order.

Returns & warranty

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Email us at support@emberlywarmth.com and we will guide you through it.

What if my warmer stops working?

Every Emberly is covered by a 1‑year warranty. If it is defective, send us a short video and we will replace it or refund you.

Safety

Is it safe to use?

Follow the manual: do not use it while sleeping, do not press it directly against bare skin for long periods on high, and stop if it feels too hot.

Can kids use it?

Children should only use it with adult supervision. It is not designed for babies or for people who cannot feel or react to heat.

Can I fly with it?

Devices with lithium batteries usually belong in carry-on bags, not checked luggage. Check your airline’s rules before you travel.
